I feel much better today. Yesterday and the day before, i cannot control my thoughts, all negativity keep coming. After the 1st healing session, the thoughts only come for a while and then it's gone. The trigger scenes and words spoken by him don't feel as painful as before. I feel a lot lighter and relieved.
